AvaCasa, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates DreamGF, an AI companion mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Account Information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID credentials and, if you choose to share it, your email address. We store a user profile in our database that includes your display name and preferences.

Chat Messages. Messages you send to AI companions are stored in our database to maintain conversation history and provide a personalized experience.

Usage Data. We collect general usage information such as which companions you interact with, session duration, and app feature usage to improve our service.

Device Information. We may collect device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and ensure app compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the DreamGF service, including AI-powered conversations
• To personalize your experience and remember conversation context
• To send push notifications about companion messages (with your permission)
• To process subscriptions and manage your account
• To improve our app, fix bugs, and develop new features

3. AI-Generated Content

DreamGF uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to generate companion responses. Your chat messages are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their API data usage policy. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, cloud functions, push notifications, and hosting
• OpenAI — AI language model for generating companion responses
• Apple StoreKit — subscription and payment processing (we do not store your payment information)

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and chat history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
